Every capability in the studio kit

This is the same stack photographers run on Laragon at the venue: PHP 8.1, MySQL, Apache, and a local Python face engine. Nothing here requires a public cloud gallery.

Event studio

  • Create wedding / mehendi / sangeet / reception events with bride, groom, date, location.
  • Guest PIN (4–6 digits) so the public page is not an open album.
  • Guest share link (?s=): skip PIN, still only that guest’s matches.
  • VIP share link (?vip=): browse every photo. Do not print this at reception.
  • Rotate share or VIP tokens if a link leaks.
  • Cover photo, albums, expiry date, biometric retention days.

Upload and AI

  • Bulk / drag-and-drop upload; work returns while faces index in a queue.
  • SHA-256 skip so the same file is not stored twice.
  • Match modes: strict, balanced, broad. Max results 50–500.
  • Duplicate faces in one frame do not duplicate that photo in results.
  • Staff logins, processing dashboard, analytics.

Guest experience

  • Consent checkbox before camera or upload.
  • Take a selfie (phone camera) or upload a photo.
  • If several faces are in the selfie, the guest picks who to search.
  • Results grid, favorites, per-photo download, zip of matches.
  • “Photos together” search when you enable it.
  • Photo collage: tick 2–6 photos, choose portrait/square/story/wide and grid, spotlight, strips, mosaic or polaroid.

QR, local and live

  • Printable guest QR encodes the LAN address phones can actually open.
  • Settings: Local = http://192.168.x.x[:port]/… (port optional; 80 omitted).
  • Settings: Live = https:// when you put the kit behind a real domain.
  • cameraman.test and localhost are not used on guest phones.

Brand and files

  • Studio name, logo, brand colour, WhatsApp, Instagram, website, footer.
  • Watermark guest previews and/or downloads. Originals stay clean.
  • HTTP and HTTPS logins use separate session cookies so CSRF does not fail.

Licence (offline product)

  • One-time payment. Not a monthly cloud plan.
  • First activate needs internet. Then the wedding runs offline.
  • About every 7 days, reverify when you next have internet.
  • Emergency 24-hour one-use file if a live function has no network — bound to that PC, RSA-signed, not editable as Base64.
